- The lady at the front desk was lovely- her English is very...
- The lady at the front desk was lovely- her English is very limited but she is trying her best to learn - Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable
- The lack of English was difficult for me- perhaps it would be good to translate the menu for the mini bar and snacks in the room too! - The location is not good for tourists wanting to see old quarter and surrounding attractions- maybe it’s good for businesspeople? - The massage that I was told included with my room price was not good. Unfortunately it was not appropriate (at least for my culture). The masseuse wanted me to remove ALL my clothes while she was in the room and offered ‘extras’ which I found gross and it made me very uncomfortable. After the massage I was forced into giving a tip of minimum 100k so not free! - Please chance disinfectant in the room as it smells like cigarettes/ damp

High quality service, good value for money and fast WiFi
The hotel staff, Do Long, made the stay very enjoyable. He can communicate in Chinese and was very helpful. He assisted to recommend nearby places to eat eg. Bun cha. He also helped me to rent a motorbike. He also arranged for airport transfer to the airport at a good price. The hotel also has a massage which was good. 能说中文的会觉得沟通方便 WiFi is fast with no issues watching YouTube or Netflix. Prompt and cheerful service by all staff
Some staff have only a basic ability to communicate in english. Therefore there was a requirement to use google translate at times Toilet has no partition for a dry and wet area.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo, phòng ốc sạch sẽ phục vụ chuyên nghiệp đặc biệt là được tặng thêm chương trình matxa xông hơi miễn phí... giá phòng rẻ chất lượng phòng tốt lần sau nhất định tôi sẽ ghé qua nghỉ tại đây!!!!.
